What is Coursebox?

Coursebox is an AI-powered Learning Management System (LMS) that allows you to create, deliver, and manage online courses. It uses artificial intelligence to help you rapidly generate course content, assessments, and learner materials.

Who is Coursebox for?

Coursebox is designed for educators, trainers, HR professionals, and businesses who want to create and deliver online training. It suits both individual creators and large organisations managing multiple learners.

What can the AI do?

The AI can generate course outlines, lesson content, quizzes, and assessments from a topic, URL, document, or video. It can also provide learners with AI-powered tutoring and instant feedback on assignments.

What can't the AI do?

The AI cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in all generated content — always review AI-generated material before publishing. It also cannot access real-time data, the internet, or external systems beyond what has been connected to your account.

How do I get started?

Log in at my.coursebox.ai, then click + at the top of the left-hand menu. On the What will you create? page, type your course idea in the prompt box. Before you send it, click Auto setup below the prompt box to choose a Course Setup: the learner level, tone, media, AI tutor and course theme the AI should follow. To build a course yourself, click + in the prompt box and select Create manually. See Create a Course using AI for each step, and the Coursebox LMS Launch Checklist to set up your portal.

How do I add learners to my course?

Open the course and click Share. Under People with access, add learners by name, email or group, or click Bulk upload users to add many at once. You can also click Copy link to send learners the course link. Learners receive an email invitation with login instructions. Where do I get help if I'm stuck?

Search this help centre for articles on specific features, or ask the AI agent. If you're an admin, you can contact the support team from inside Coursebox: click the Coursebox support icon (the question mark) in the top bar and choose Start a conversation. Or click Ask a human at the top of the help centre. See Create a support ticket in Coursebox Help Center. Our support team typically responds within 1 business day.

The AI agent is the Ask an agent… box on the right of the help centre:

  • It answers questions and gives guidance based on the help centre articles.

  • You can attach images or Loom recordings to show the issue you're having.

  • It can't make changes in your Coursebox account. To build or edit a course with AI, click + at the top of the left-hand menu, or click the AI Editor (sparkle icon) inside a course.

Troubleshooting getting started

I can't log in to my Coursebox account.

First check your email and password are correct and Caps Lock is off. To reset your password, click Sign in with password, then Forgot password?, on the sign-in page. Or click Email me a link to sign in without a password. Contact support if you still cannot log in.

I did not receive my account activation email.

Check your spam folder for an email from noreply@coursebox.ai. Wait 5 minutes and check again. Contact support if the issue persists.

I can log in but I don't see any courses on my dashboard.

If you are a learner, you may not have been enrolled in any courses yet. Contact your portal admin or the course owner to confirm your enrolment. If you are an admin, ensure your courses have been published. Draft courses are not visible to learners.
