Log In to Coursebox using Magic Link
Overview
This article explains all the ways you can log in to Coursebox — whether you are a returning user or registering for the first time. Coursebox supports two login methods: standard email and password login, and Magic Link (passwordless login via email).
Logging In
Go to https://my.coursebox.ai or your custom branded portal URL. You will see the Login Access screen:
From this screen, you can choose one of two login methods:
Option 1: Log In with Email and Password
This is the standard login method available to all Coursebox users.
Enter your email address in the first field.
Enter your password in the second field.
Click the Log in button.
You can also check Remember me to stay logged in, or click Forgot password? to reset your password.
Your session will stay active for 30 days — you won't need to log in again on the same device within that period.
Option 2: Magic Link Login (Passwordless)
Magic Link lets you log in instantly without a password. A secure login link is sent directly to your email — just click it to access your account. This works for learners, creators, and collaborators.
On the login page, click Email Me A Link (the button below the "OR" divider).
Enter your email address and submit.
Check your inbox for the secure login link from Coursebox.
Click the link — you'll be logged in immediately, no password needed.
Note: Magic Link emails are sent from noreply@coursebox.ai. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder. If emails are still not arriving, ask your IT team to whitelist the coursebox.ai domain.
New User? Register First
If you don't have a Coursebox account yet, you will need to register before you can log in. Registration forms may look slightly different depending on how your organisation has set up their portal, but the process is the same.
On the login screen, click Register (or "Don't have an account? Register"). You will be taken to a registration form:
Fill in your details:
VIP code (if required by your organisation)
First name and Last name
Email address
Password (see password requirements below)
Tick the checkbox to confirm you agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy, then click Register (or "Register and Start" / "Register and Request", depending on your portal).
Password Requirements
When creating or updating your Coursebox password, it must meet the following requirements:
Minimum 12 characters
At least one uppercase letter
At least one lowercase letter
At least one number
At least one special character (e.g. !, @, #)
A real-time Password Strength indicator will show you how strong your password is as you type — green means it meets all requirements. You can also click Generate Password to have Coursebox create a secure password for you automatically.
Forgot Your Password?
If you've forgotten your password:
On the login page, click Forgot password?
Enter your email address and click Submit.
Check your inbox for a password reset email from Coursebox.
Follow the link in the email to create a new password.
Tip: If you don't receive the reset email, check your spam folder. Alternatively, use Magic Link (Option 2 above) to log in without a password at all.
After Email Verification
When you register or update your email address, Coursebox will send a verification email. Click the link in that email to confirm your address. Once verified, you'll see a confirmation screen and can proceed to log in.
Troubleshooting
Invalid email or password: Double-check your email address and password. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you're still unable to log in, use Forgot password? to reset it.
Account already exists: If you get an error saying an account already exists with your email, try to sign in using the existing account. Use Forgot Password if you don't remember your password.
Emails not arriving: Check your spam or junk folder. Ask your IT team to whitelist noreply@coursebox.ai at the server level.
Randomly being logged out: Clear your browser cache and cookies. Make sure your browser is not set to clear cookies on close.
Can't see any courses after logging in: You may not have been enrolled in any courses yet. Contact your course administrator to confirm your enrolment.
