Which Coursebox plan do I need? Features by plan & upgrade triggers
Not sure which plan unlocks the feature you're after? Many Coursebox features are tied to a specific plan. This guide maps the most-asked features to the plan you need, and what you gain by upgrading. For exact, current pricing always check coursebox.ai/pricing.
On an earlier plan? Plan names and inclusions changed when we moved to Free, Creator, Pro, Pro + LMS and Enterprise. If you are on an earlier plan such as Plus, Business or standalone LMS, your subscription continues unchanged and you keep everything it included — so you may already have features this article lists under a higher plan. Nothing has been removed from your account.

Pro or Pro + LMS? Both include the same AI credit allowance. Choose Pro for your own branding and for delivering courses through another system (LTI, SCORM import, Self-Hosted SCORM). Choose Pro + LMS when you need to run your own learning platform — your own domain, learner and group management, pathways, gamification and advanced reporting.
How to upgrade
Click the Upgrade button on the right side of the top bar, then select the plan that unlocks what you need. You can also compare every plan side by side in Coursebox Plans Compared.
Enterprise is the exception. Enterprise features are not available through the Upgrade button. Enterprise is sold under a signed agreement with a minimum 2-year initial term, so it is arranged with our team rather than bought online.
