How do I check my AI credits and usage balance in Coursebox?
You can check how much of your AI credit allowance you've used at any time. Every plan includes AI credits, including Free. For what each credit type does and how many you get on each plan, see AI Credits Explained.
Check your balance
In the top navigation bar, click the dropdown (▼) next to your profile icon and select Settings.
In the left-hand menu, click Account.
Scroll to My Credits. Under Monthly usage, you'll see how much of each allowance you've used, such as AI page writer, videos, images, AI tutor and, where included, Units of Competency.
When your credits reset
Paid plans (Creator, Pro, Pro + LMS and Enterprise): on monthly billing, credits refresh every month on your billing date. Unused credits don't roll over. On yearly billing, you get the full year's allowance up front.
Free plan: your credits are a one-off allowance that doesn't refresh. Once they're used, upgrade to a paid plan to keep generating.
Each extra admin seat adds a full AI credit allowance to your account, so a team with three admin seats has three times the monthly credits.
Out of credits?
Coursebox doesn't sell one-off credit packs. To get more credits, you can:
Switch from monthly to yearly billing to get 12 months of credits up front.
Upgrade to a higher plan, for example Creator to Pro.
Add extra admin seats on Pro or Pro + LMS. Each seat adds a full allowance.
