How to buy extra AI credits & add-on packs
If you've run low on AI credits or another usage limit, you can top up in a couple of minutes. Here are the exact steps, the full list of add-on packs, and how to tell when upgrading is the better deal.
How to buy extra credits (step by step)
Click the Upgrade button on the right side of the top bar — it appears on any screen inside your account.
In the popup, you'll see your current plan alongside all available plans and add-on packs.
Select the add-on pack you need and follow the prompts to checkout.

Which add-on packs are available?
You can buy top-up packs for:
AI page credits
Chatbot messages
Images
SCORM imports
AI video
To check how many credits you have left first, click the dropdown arrow in the top-right corner, select Payments, and scroll down to your credits.
Add-on pack or upgrade — which is better value?
Buy an add-on pack if this is a one-off and you just need a top-up to finish what you're working on.
Upgrade your plan if you're hitting limits regularly — a higher plan includes more credits every cycle, so you're not buying packs again and again.
If you hit limits often, the annual plan is usually better value than repeat packs: you get more AI credits from day one and pay less than monthly billing or repeated top-ups. To switch, click Upgrade in the top bar and choose the annual option.
