How to get more AI credits
Run out of AI credits, or want more headroom? There are three ways to get more: buy a one-off add-on pack, add an admin seat, or move up a plan (or to annual billing). This article covers each, and when to choose which.

On an earlier plan? Plan names and inclusions changed when we moved to Free, Creator, Pro, Pro + LMS and Enterprise. If you are on an earlier plan such as Plus, Business or standalone LMS, your subscription and its credit allowance continue unchanged.
First, check what you have left
Click the dropdown arrow in the top-right corner, select Payments, and scroll to My Credits. You'll see your remaining balance by credit type and, on a paid plan, the date your allowance next refreshes. Full detail: How do I check my AI credits and usage balance?
Option 1: Buy an add-on pack (one-off top-up)
The fastest route if you just need to finish what you're working on.
Click the Upgrade button on the right side of the top bar — it appears on any screen inside your account.
In the popup you'll see your current plan alongside all plans and add-on packs.
Select the pack you need and follow the prompts to checkout.
Packs are available for AI page credits, chatbot messages, images, SCORM imports and AI video. A pack tops up your balance immediately; it does not change your plan or your monthly allowance.
Option 2: Add an admin seat
On a self-serve paid plan, each additional admin seat also adds a full AI credit allowance — so one extra seat on Pro takes you from 7,000 AI page credits a month to 14,000, as well as giving a second person somewhere to work.
Add seats from Payments at any time, without changing your plan. This is usually the best value if the reason you're short on credits is that more than one person is building courses.
Option 3: Upgrade your plan, or switch to annual
Creator → Pro takes you from 500 to 7,000 AI page credits a month, a fourteen-fold increase, and also unlocks your own branding, LTI, SCORM import and Self-Hosted SCORM.
Switch monthly to annual on your current plan and you receive twelve months of credits up front, available from day one to use across the year however you like — plus two months free on the plan price.
Pro → Pro + LMS does not add credits. Both plans share the same allowance. Upgrade to Pro + LMS for the branded LMS — your own domain, learner and group management, pathways, gamification and advanced reporting — not for more credits.

If you are buying add-on packs repeatedly, upgrading or going annual is almost always better value than the packs.
