How to create and manage Pathways

Overview

Pathways are still supported but the UI moved. There is no separate "Pathways" menu anymore — pathway creation and management is done from the Badges area inside Achievements.

Who can access this

• Pathways and badges require a Pro, Business or Enterprise plan. On Free, Creator and Creator Plus the Badges tab is not available.

• Only admins and creators see the Achievements section in the left sidebar.

Steps to create or edit a Pathway

Open the left sidebar and click Achievements.

Switch to the Badges tab.

Create or edit a badge, and use the option to assign published courses as a pathway.

How learners view their Pathways

Learners can view their assigned pathways from the Pathways tab on their profile page dashboard.

Troubleshooting

• No Badges tab, or no pathway options? Check your plan first. Badges and pathways are Pro and above — on Free, Creator and Creator Plus, Achievements shows Certificates only and the Badges tab simply is not there. Nothing is broken and there is no need to raise a support ticket; upgrading to Pro unlocks badges, pathways, the leaderboard and points.

• If you do not see Achievements in the sidebar at all, confirm your account has an admin or creator role.

• If you are on Pro or above with an admin or creator role and the pathway options are still missing, take a screenshot of the Achievements view and sidebar and contact support for account review.

• Changes to UI placement are intentional; pathways were consolidated into Badges to simplify management.
