Can I customise email notifications and SSO login?

Yes. Super Admins can customise the emails Coursebox sends to users and send them from your own mail server. Single Sign-On (SSO) with SAML 2.0 lets users log in with their organisation credentials.
Customise email notifications
Click the dropdown (▼) next to your profile icon and select Settings.
In the left-hand menu, click Email.
Under Customise Emails, click Invitation to register, Course Invitations or Confirm registration. Edit the subject and message, then click Save.
On the same page, tick Use custom SMTP server under SMTP Settings to send portal emails from your own domain. For dynamic values such as %CourseName%, customising invitations from a course's Share window, and the full SMTP setup, see Email Settings.
Single Sign-On (SSO) with SAML 2.0
SSO is set up with help from the Coursebox team. Contact support@coursebox.ai (or your Coursebox rep) and provide:
Your Identity Provider's SAML IdP metadata in XML format
A sample SAML token containing all the user claims your IdP will generate
A test user for each user group
