How do I duplicate, delete, or hide courses?
Duplicate or delete a course from its gear menu, and hide it from search in the Share panel’s Share settings. Duplicating and deleting courses are available on every plan.
Duplicate or delete a course
Open the course from Courses.
In the top right, click the gear icon next to Edit Course.
Choose an option:
Duplicate this course — a full copy appears in the Drafts tab on the Courses page. Use it to build a shorter version, tailor the content for a different audience, or try out changes without touching the original.
Delete course — confirm to delete it, or cancel if you change your mind.
Restore a deleted course
Deleted courses move to the Deleted courses tab on the Courses page. To get one back, open that tab and click Restore course on the course card.

Hide a course from search
Open the course and click Share (top right).
Click the settings icon at the top right of the panel, next to Share course.
In Share settings, turn on Hide in search to keep the course out of search results until you’re ready to share it. Turn it off again when you want it to be found.
Allow public discovery, in the same panel, controls whether a Public or paid course appears on your portal’s public course listing page. Hidden courses can still be opened by anyone who has the link and the right access. For access levels (Draft, Restricted, Public and Sell this course) and the listing page, see Publish a Course.
Troubleshooting: “Course limit reached”
If you try to create or generate a course and see “Course limit reached. You've reached your plan's course limit. Upgrade to generate more,” your account has hit the number of courses your plan allows. On the Free plan you can create up to 3 mini courses; every paid plan includes unlimited courses. Compare plans.
What counts toward the limit
The Free plan lets you create 3 mini courses in total. Every course you create counts — including drafts and courses you later delete — so deleting a course doesn’t free up a slot.
Creating more courses
To create more than 3 courses, upgrade to any paid plan — every paid plan includes unlimited courses. Compare plans.
The error shows but I have fewer than 3 courses
Deleted courses still count, so check whether you’ve created 3 courses in total, including any you’ve since deleted (see the Deleted courses tab on the Courses page). If you’ve created fewer than 3 and still see “Course limit reached”, contact us at support@coursebox.ai with your account email, a screenshot of the error, and the date and time it happened, and we’ll look into your account.
