How do I log in to Coursebox?

Accessing and managing your Coursebox portal is quick and secure. Whether you’re logging in with your email and password, using Google sign-in or Single Sign-On (SSO), resetting your password, or managing your account and subscription, Coursebox provides flexible access options to suit your setup.

Your login experience depends on whether you’re using the Coursebox Marketplace or a branded Coursebox training platform.

Log in to Coursebox

Option 1: Coursebox Marketplace (most users)

For users accessing courses via the Coursebox marketplace:

• Visit https://my.coursebox.ai
• Log in using your email and password

New users can register for an account, and existing users can reset their password using the Forgot Password option.

Option 2: Business & Enterprise (branded training platform)

If your organisation uses a custom-branded Coursebox portal:

• Visit https://www.coursebox.ai/lms-login
• Log in using your organisation-provided credentials, Google account, or Single Sign-On (SSO), if enabled

After logging in, you may be directed to a customised dashboard based on your role, such as learner, facilitator, or administrator.
