How do I log in to Coursebox?
Accessing and managing your Coursebox portal is quick and secure. Whether you’re logging in with your email and password, using Google sign-in or Single Sign-On (SSO), resetting your password, or managing your account and subscription, Coursebox provides flexible access options to suit your setup.
Your login experience depends on whether you’re using the Coursebox Marketplace or a branded Coursebox learner portal.
Log in to Coursebox
Option 1: Coursebox Marketplace (most users)
For users accessing courses via the Coursebox marketplace:
Visit https://my.coursebox.ai
Sign in with Email me a link (a magic link), Continue with Google, or Sign in with password
New users click Create account. To reset your password, click Sign in with password, then Forgot password?.
Option 2: Branded learner portal (Pro, Pro + LMS, Enterprise, or a legacy LMS or Business plan)
If your organisation uses a custom-branded Coursebox portal:
Log in using your organisation-provided credentials, Google account, or Single Sign-On (SSO), if enabled. SSO is available on Enterprise only, as a paid add-on at USD $3,000/year.
After logging in, you may be directed to a customised dashboard based on your role, such as learner, facilitator or portal admin.
Option 3: Magic Link (passwordless login)
Coursebox supports passwordless login via Magic Link. Enter your email address on the sign-in page and click Email me a link. A secure, one-time sign-in link will be emailed to you — click it to sign in without needing a password. For the full steps, see How to Log In to Coursebox using Magic Link.
