How to pause your subscription (instead of cancelling)
If you need a break from Coursebox but don't want to lose your work, you can pause instead of cancelling. Pausing stops billing while keeping your account, courses, and learners intact — and you can resume any time and pick up exactly where you left off. For most people, pausing is the better choice over cancelling if there's any chance you'll come back.
What stays intact while paused
Your courses stay saved — nothing is unpublished or deleted.
Your account and data are kept, including learners and progress.
Billing stops until you choose to resume.
You can resume any time and continue where you left off.
How to pause (my.coursebox)
Go to the Coursebox subscription portal: https://courseboxai.chargebeeportal.com/portal/v2/login?forward=portal_main
Enter the email address linked to your Coursebox account and request a one-time password (OTP).
Check your inbox, copy the OTP, paste it into the login screen, and click Login →.
On the Manage Subscriptions page, click your active plan (e.g. Pro AUD Monthly).
On the Subscription Details screen, click Pause Subscription and confirm when prompted.
Your subscription will be paused and billing will stop until you reactivate it.
How to resume a paused subscription
🆕 You can now resume a paused subscription directly from within the platform without contacting support.
Log in to your Coursebox account.
Click the Upgrade button in the top bar.
Select Resume Subscription and confirm.
