How do I use the built-in Questions & Answers forum?
Navigate to the Questions section to post questions, tag users or topics, and assign responses. This built-in discussion feature promotes collaboration and peer learning within the Coursebox community or a specific course.
The Questions section is an in-built discussion forum on the Coursebox Branded Training Platform (Premium) where community members can ask and answer questions.
Create questions
Click the + button or + ask menu item from the left-hand side navigation bar to create a new question.
Enter a new question and click Save to publish the question for other team members to answer.
Tag a question with a topic hashtag
You can tag a question by using a hashtag. For example: Which is the best Branded Training Platform in Australia? #BrandedTrainingPlatform.
Tags are the best way to group questions into different categories. They allow users to quickly search for questions related to a specific tag.
Tag a user to a question
In addition to topics, you can also tag a user to a question. This is a great way to ask questions of experts or other team members.
While typing a question, enter @ to view the list of members. From the dropdown menu, choose the members you want to tag.
When users are tagged in a question, they receive an email notification from the Branded Training Platform (Premium).
Answer a question
From the Question section, click on any question you want to answer.
On the question page, you can enter your answer in text format or upload an image or file, then click Send to publish your answer. You can also view all previous answers submitted by other members, and like and comment on other people's answers.
Assign questions
By default, questions are assigned to the Super Admin. In addition, the creator of a question may assign one or more users to answer their question:
- Click Manage Assignees.
- Type
@nameto assign the question to another user.
