How do I share or export my course PDF or HTML?
Plan requirement: PDF and HTML downloads are available on Creator and above. They are not included on the Free plan. Compare plans.
Yes. You can download a copy of any course — including drafts — as HTML or PDF to print, share or keep offline.
Download a course
Open the course from Courses (use the Drafts tab for unpublished courses) and click Share (top right).
Click Download and choose HTML, Course PDF or Marking Guide PDF.
The Marking Guide PDF is the course content with the answers marked — every question option shows its points and feedback — for trainers and markers.
Downloads include the written course structure and content: learning text, quizzes, assignments and user-uploaded images. They don’t include interactions (such as accordions or SCORM embeds), audio or video.
Can I save my courses to Google Drive or my computer?
Coursebox doesn’t connect to Google Drive directly, so courses aren’t saved there automatically. Download the course as above, then save the file to Google Drive, your computer or any other storage, as you would any other file.
Need the full interactive course?
To deliver the whole course — with interactions, audio and video — outside Coursebox, embed it on a web page, connect it to your LMS with LTI, or export it as SCORM. See Share & Export a Course.
