How do I create a course using AI?

Describe your course to Coursebox AI and it builds the structure and content for you. This works for any kind of course, including a workshop, training session or taller.

  1. Click + Create at the top of the left menu, or at the top right of the Courses page.

  1. In the What will you create? box, describe your course: the audience, goals and key topics.

  2. Click the language selector (EN) and choose the course language. It's used throughout the course, including the About page, section summaries and Further Readings.

  3. To give the AI your own material, click + and choose Add files (pdf, docx, pptx, csv or txt).

  4. To control learner level, tone, page length, media and branding, choose a setup from Auto setup below the box.

  5. Send your prompt, answer Ask Coursebox's follow-up questions, review the suggested structure, then click Generate course.

To build a course yourself instead, click + in the prompt box and choose Create manually.

To change anything after the course is generated, from one page to the whole course, use the AI Editor (the sparkle) in the course editor. See Use AI Tools & Elements.
