Can I get a refund?

Before you ask for a refund

If something isn't working or the plan isn't the right fit, a refund may not be the only — or the best — option. We can often fix the issue, switch you to a plan that suits you better, pause your billing, or get you set up properly on a quick call. Refund policy

Coursebox Pty Ltd follows Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Customers are entitled to remedies if services are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees. We charge monthly or annually in advance; where services are provided as agreed for the prepaid period, refunds generally do not apply.

If you believe a service was faulty, not delivered as described, or does not function as promised, you may be entitled to a remedy under ACL. Email support@coursebox.ai with supporting evidence.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference mismatch

  • Lack of non-advertised features

  • Partial use where services were available
