How to find and download your invoices
Overview
Invoices and payment receipts are generated by the payment provider used for each transaction. Depending on how you paid, invoices may be available in your email, a payment portal, or third-party dashboards.
Where to look
Email: Check the email address you used to pay — receipts and invoices are typically sent there immediately after payment.
Chargebee portal: If your subscription uses Chargebee, sign in to your customer portal to view and download invoices: Chargebee customer portal.
Stripe: For subscription payments or course sales processed via Stripe, log in to your Stripe dashboard to view payment history and invoices.
PayPal: If you paid with PayPal, check your PayPal transaction history for receipts and downloadable invoices.
Shopify: If a course purchase was made through a Shopify storefront, view the order and receipt in your Shopify account.
Coursebox enrollments: For course sales tracked inside Coursebox, you can view learner enrollment and order details in your Coursebox dashboard (note: Coursebox does not store payment transactions).
Which option to use
If it was a subscription payment: check email, Chargebee, or Stripe.
If it was a one-time course purchase: check email, Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify depending on the payment method used.
Still can’t find an invoice?
Confirm which payment method you used and the email address on the account.
If you used Chargebee, Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify and still can’t find the invoice, contact that provider’s support for a copy of the receipt.
