Can a course play automatically, like a video?

Not as one continuous, page-by-page experience. There is no setting that makes an entire course auto-play from start to finish. However, several parts of a course can play or read automatically, so you can still create a largely hands-free experience.

What does play automatically

You can set these to run on their own:

• Videos: AI Video and Video Upload blocks each have an Auto Play option.

• Carousels: Carousel blocks can rotate on their own when Auto play is enabled.

• Text read-aloud: Text blocks can use AI-generated audio, and learners can turn on Hands-Free Mode to have the text on a page read out loud.

Recommended alternative

For the closest thing to hands-free playback across a page, enable AI-generated audio on your text blocks and ask learners to turn on Hands-Free Mode, then add autoplay video or carousel blocks where they suit the content. This lets a page largely play and read itself, even though the whole course won't advance from page to page on its own.
